Spennare Lifetime Warranty 

1. Scope of Lifetime Warranty 

KG Spennare AB is pleased to offer a Lifetime Warranty on selected products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. 

2. Coverage and Limitations 

This Lifetime Warranty covers: 

  • Defects in materials and workmanship that impair the intended functionality of the product. 
  • Repair or replacement of defective parts, or, at our discretion, replacement of the product if repairs are not feasible. 

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover: 

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or minor imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality. 
  • Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. 
  • Accidental damage, neglect, or other external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to exposure to extreme environmental conditions. 

3. Claim Process 

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact KG Spennare AB Customer Service: Reach us via email: order@spennare.com. Please remember to include any relevant images and a detailed explanation regarding your warranty claim. 
  2. Proof of Purchase: Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and authorized retailer information. 
  3. Return Authorization: Upon verification, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number. 

KG Spennare AB reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the validity of the warranty claim. In cases where the product or part is deemed defective, KG Spennare AB will repair, replace, or offer an equivalent alternative at our discretion. 

4. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties 

This Lifetime Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you. 

5. Legal Rights and Limitations 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable laws. This Lifetime Warranty does not affect any statutory rights provided under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Spennare Limited Warranty 

1. Limited Warranty Coverage 

KG Spennare AB offers a Limited Warranty on this product, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (1) years from the original purchase date. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

2. Warranty Conditions and Exclusions 

This Limited Warranty covers: 

  • Defects in materials and workmanship that significantly impair the product’s intended functionality. 

This Limited Warranty does not cover: 

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or changes that do not affect functionality. 
  • Damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. 
  • Environmental factors such as exposure to extreme conditions, humidity, or prolonged sunlight. 

3. Warranty Claim Procedure 

To file a warranty claim, please adhere to the following steps: 

  1. Contact KG Spennare AB Customer Service: Reach us via email: order@spennare.com. Please remember to include any relevant images and a detailed explanation regarding your warranty claim. 
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit a valid proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase. 
  3. Receive Return Instructions: Upon verification, our team will provide a return authorization number and instructions. 

KG Spennare AB reserves the right to inspect the product to determine if the issue qualifies under this Limited Warranty. If a defect is confirmed, KG Spennare AB will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace defective parts, or provide a replacement product of equal or comparable value. Replaced parts or products may be new or refurbished. 

4. Limitations on Implied Warranties 

Except where prohibited by law, this Limited Warranty is exclusive and in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

5. Legal Rights 

This warranty grants specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction. It does not affect any statutory rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
