To file a claim for a product provided by Spennare, you need to submit a claim request along with documentation.

Follow these steps if you wish to submit a claim

Contact customer service

Reach out to us at order@spennare.com with your claim request. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and include relevant images.

Proof of purchase

You need to provide valid proof of purchase that includes the purchase date and the place of purchase.

Resolution

Once the claim has been evaluated, we will get back to you with a resolution.

By purchasing and using a product from Spennare, you agree to our warranty terms.

Claim submission – required information

Please provide the following details so we can process your claim efficiently. Please email your claim along with the required information to our customer service team.

1. Reseller Information

To follow up on your case, we need the following details:

  • Company name
  • Contact person responsible for the case
  • Phone number of the responsible person
  • Email address of the responsible person

2. Order Information

  • Purchase date
  • Our order number and/or invoice number

3. Product Information

  • Number of products being claimed
  • Product name
  • Model/Article number

4. Description of the Issue

  • Describe the problem and explain what is not working as expected.
  • Date the issue was discovered.
  • Has the product been repaired before?
  • Attach images to support the claim, if possible.

5. Desired Resolution

What action would you like to take?

  • Refund
  • Replacement with a new product
  • Repair
  • Other (please specify)
