This is a natural next step in our development and a way to meet the market’s increasing demand for complete solutions, reliable deliveries and partners capable of taking responsibility all the way from idea to final delivery.

We see a clear shift in the market, where customers are increasingly looking for partners who can take full responsibility — from identified needs to final delivery. Through the merger with Spennare, we are strengthening our ability to meet those expectations.
